Bad and misleading customer service at Game

This morning I went to Game Stores in Nelspruit to buy a Defy freezer which I had seen in their weekly special pamphlet as valid from 24 - 30 June 2020. I drove 40 kilometres from my home town Barberton to Nelspruit only to be told by the Game sales person that they do not have stock . I pointed out that it is currently showing as on sale however indicated that he is aware about that but those items are not in the store and have not been in stock for some time. I am unhappy about this in that Game advertises stuff that it does not have.
