Bad and Lazy Service

Good day I would like to express my disappointment with the service I’ve received yesterday at the Game Clearwater mall. I was just after 5pm to purchase a Samsung Z2, the lady with the blond hair (Phumzile) I think didn’t even notice me as she was there supposetly working in the dept. a gentle man from the laptops dept had to jump in and assist. Thats when the lady with the blond her pitched up, I told her what im looking for and all she said back is that are you aware that the phone is not android…she then gave me a copy of the barcode to go pay at the till and come back to her with the proof of payment. Upon my retun she asked if I had a sim card…I said no doest the phone come with one? She didn’t answer that instwead she requested for my ID book and proof of residence. I told her that I don’t have my ID book but I have my drivers licence. She advise that she cant help without the ID. So I took jhome a phone with no sim. This lady had nothing to say about the phone I was purchasing, no product knowledge or just pure laziness. This was very disappointing.
