Bad after service policy

I bought a samsung toploader washing machine on 2 5 11 2022. The motor packed up in February 2025. I am since then trying to get Game and Samsung to honour the warranty policy on the machine that states the 10year garuantee but the insist that the machine is only garuanteed for 2years.
