BAD after sales service

Can not complain about a bad service if there are no service at all!<br> <br> <br> Bought a Canon EOS D600 .....Was promised to get delivery within 7 days....14 days later i got delivery. now wanting to buy an extra battery I was send to 8 different other shops because Game does not keep batteries. The day we bought the camera we were told that accessories such as batteries and lenses will not be a problem...Stood around and waited over 20min for assistance at Craddle Stone Mall and was told eventually by the manager ....sorry, he can not take liability for another outlet. <br> <br> I will never in my life buy anything from Game again and will make sure that my photographer friends are aware of the bad service of both these outlets and after sales service and bad attitude of the Manager.<br> <br> We eventually managed to get a battery at Photo First and the sales consultant took the time to phone other outlets to see if they have stock. We don't live near these outlets and had to drive around all over the place in search of a battery, tripod and a specific lens. This is my bread and butter so I don't take this up lightly. I hope to hear from someone who is competent!
