Bad After Sale Service from Game

I purchased a sinotec TV with a 5 yr guarantee at Game 2 yrs ago. 2 months back the TV just stopped working and the slip had faded, I approached Game to provide me with a copy of the receipt for guarantee purposes, I was told it would take 5 working days for head office to locate the slip, 2 months later I'm still waiting for someone at Game to do something to help me. The worst service and record keeping ever. I keep getting told thry "can't find the receipt". How can an organization as big as Game struggle to find a receipt?
