Bad advertising and lies

I am so disappointed with Game Stores. I contacted The Glen and asked for a Samsung 58" tv and was told they don't have stock BUT it will arrive the next day (24th). It will also be on special. I went to the store on the 24th and it did not arrive, I paid for it because they said they are only having 7 delivered that day and this way i would secure my order. The 25th I was told it will come on the 26th in the morning. Today I was told the store stays open until 9pm so it will come anytime. Why can't people just tell me the truth. So 3 days later, paid but no tv.
