Baby promotion removed without notification

I was at your store in Johannesburg Cbd yesterday for the Pampers combo as per advert on paper. I was surprised to learn that the promo was removed because it's costing the company. I was then told that I can however buy the diapers separate as well as the wipes.<br> <br> This was communicated internally. What about your consumers? Where is the customer service in that? We might as well use your competition as a retailer of choice since you put the Company before the Customer. Funny the booklet was okay'yd by the Company, then again the Company complains about costs. I just wonder where or how you think this puts you as a brand
