I bought a 65" hisense smart TV at game alberton city in February 2019 and on 1st May, I plugged my TV on and it tripped the main switch, I plugged the TV on after I pulled the plugs on, the TV was off there was no power on, I then carried my TV to the store, I left it for repairs the TV consultant checked if there was any power from the TV then it was completely off they booked it in for repairs, the TV went for repairs, and I was told the main board was faulty and my screen is cracked by hisense and there is a quote I need to pay for that screen, I phone the store manager in alberton to ask him what kind of service is this after I paid R12 000 for a tv and I only had it for 2 months he told me he is not a technician he is just a middle man, so the quote came and they say I must pay another R12 000 for the TV to be fixed, so now my argument is that who broke my TV because when I took my TV back to the shop there was no power, is it perhaps the storage in that shop because my TV awaited repairs in that store for almost 2 weeks, and or maybe the manufacturer stuff broke it during collect collections. I bought another 43" TV in that store while I'm still waiting for this 65"tv to come back I'm very worried about very disappointed about this store
