Il like to thank Game stores capegate who made my day super awsom with a great deal an great Tv . i was shopping around for a week online and calling other branches and no one could help me due to being out of stock an deranged. Eventually i got through to the manager Sylvester from Capegate who did not have a tv in stock but went out of there way to locate an get the tv to them an called me up the following day say he managed to locate 1 for me from n1 city of which i called earlier that same day an they advised me they didnt have any stock.... Dealing with Sylvester made me feel like a valued client, his patience, understanding, people s****s was on point !!, also staff on the floor was helpful and friendly. I feel this is the store to count on for excellent customer service compared to the week i spent of getting empty promises from the stellenbosh an zevenwatch mall of contacting me back an never did.
