AWFUL SERVICE FROM GAME STORE!!!!!!!

I bought a DEFY Fridge for R3 799.00 and paid Deliver of R191.00 at game table view on the 1 December 2017, was told that my fridge will be delivered on Tuesday 5 Dec 2017 between 08:00-09:00. i waited until 09:00 then i called in the store where i was told that they do not have the stock but will keep in touch when the stock is available at the warehouse. Thursday 7 Dec 2017 received a call from Game employee who advised that they still do not have the stock on their ware house i must wait again.I waited Monday and was told they still having issues in getting the stock and was advised that the is a Hisense Fridge that is on special, i can take it instead of the defy fridge. Advised the guy that will come in store and check it out my i still want my defy fridge that i bought because i do not have a fridge in my house at at all. On the 12 Dec went to store asked to speak to the store Manager advised the store manager that i was misleaded explained that bought defy fridge on special only to find out they dont have stock in the ware house as a result i waited for long am very unhappy. the manager told me that its not the store's problem its the warehouse problem and the fridge is out of stock i must take another one because they not gonna get another stock.I was refunded R491.00 and then I took Hisense 359L for R3 499 did not pay for delivery went to the warehouse on the 14 Dec 2017 was advised that they got the stock on the 12 DEC 2017 they have Defy fridge. so i called the store and told them that am not taking that Hisense because the warehouse told me that they have it in stock the defy fridge that i wanted.The guy i spoke to advised that the fridge is no longer on special i will then have to buy it on normal price because i got refunded. Please help me this is uncalled for
