Awful service from Game Clear Water!!

I bought a fridge at clearwater mall on the 14.12.2024 and to date my fridge has not arrived and I needed the Fridge for my Christmas meals, reason I ordered a week earlier

I called game clear water and I was transferred without being informed that I am being transferred, she just said please hold and transferred me to God knows where!!! and the call was hung up. What kind of customer service is this?? You do not communicate with clients and your service is awful.

If I am not getting my fridge today or tomorrow please give me my money back... I am never ever buying from Game again.
