Awful service

I purchased a defy oven and hob on 29/11/2019. In February /March 2020 the oven stopped working so my husband and I went to the store we bought if from Game Gateway to get assistance. The defy technicians came through and found the fault as well as repaired. Now again before the 1 year anniversary of buying this oven and hob there's a second fault. Which I find unacceptable and unreasonable. I spoke with around 11 people over the phone from the store and I am the victim of ********** customer services and false promises and I called the store 65 times and head office 1 time. Also was transferred to andras Clarkson and zuber the store managers... No answer. My last call today was spent speaking to Siboniso Makhatini, appliance manager... Who initially refused to take my call. I then called 3 times there after and advised switchboard that he is a Manger and should not avoid my calls and that's when he took my call. Here is where I stand, This stove has been in for repairs before and it's clearly a faulty unit. I paid for a fully working product and not one that has to be constantly repaired. It's been in for repairs before and I am not prepared to stay without the item I fully paid for every 6 months when it gets faulty. This is a faulty unit from the supplier. Within One year the stove went faulty twice. That's not normal for new products and the customer should not bear the brunt as we expect good quality products or else we would buy cheaper brands. I didn't buy the stove from defy I bought it from game... I want a refund because I had a problem with the stove before so it's clearly a faulty unit from defy. You need to deal with your manufacturer. I didn't buy it from Defy I bought it from game. Your responsibility is to me and whatever your manufacter is doing whether it's a faulty unit you need to work it with their managers at the end of the day i am the end user and I bought it from You not from the factory so I am Not prepared to wait for the factory to make a decision. I bought it from You so I need an answer from you(Game). It's really unfortunate the the people in place to resolve these queries don't have an ounce of customer etiquette or even telephone etiquette for that matter. And it's always the customer bearing the brunt of bad management. This needs to stop
