Awful service

I was not impressed with the service I received today from menlyn mall game store, after a long Monday at work I was assisted by a female employee named Maria she works as a cashier, not only did she not greet me after I greet her then she continued to forcefully say I must hold my items as she's not holding them for me after she scanned them with an attitude she proceeded to let me know I must pack my own stuff...when I.got to the door I was turned back buy the security guys to go remove the grey thing attached to the formula milk which I felt as but of excellent service she should have informed me that I must go remove it in front instead of now walking to the exit only to have the whole store looking at me wen de door machine beeped as if I am a ***** of some sort.. I was then informed by security guards that I am not the only customer to complain about her attitude. It would be really great if people like her don't have an immediate interaction with customers.
