awful online customer service

NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE!!! i ordered a product online, it said it would take 7-10 working days, i called and asked on the 10th day and they said its out of stock? seriously? i asked for a refund, and when they got my banking details, to just confirm they got it as they barely respond to email, its another 2 days and nothing ( they said refunds would take 3-5 working days) i just want to know that they have my details for this refund because their customer service is appalling!! just say " yes idiot, i have it" because im completely in the dark and i dont think another 5 days is ever fair, however i bite my toungue and wait. you'll basically invest for 15 days with no return & high stress levels bc you will not receive your order. yuck!!
