Awful

I visited one of your establishments (Game Centurion Mall) today. I came across a camping chair that was priced at R239 when I got to the till I was shocked to find out that the price is actually R649. The staff was a bit helpful at best - a 'manager' by the name of Maurice Defries was called. There was no accountability just screaming at us, he was extremely rude and kept insinuating that we changed the price and stated that anyone can change it. We were outraged and requested footage of that which he evaded. He continued to to tell us that he was not the one who changed it kept belittling our intelligence. We showed him the the camping chairs with the R239 priced there in front of him and still got no success. He took no accountability about the incident that left us embarrassed at the till.
