Awful customer service by Game

I bought a Hi-Sense fridge from game in 2018 December, the fridge worked fine until the end of 2020,the fridge now stops working and empties its gas and becomes warm. Hi-Sense have come to fix the fridge three times now for same issue, when I demand a new fridge or a refund, they are giving me the run around. I will never again spend my money at game. The fact that I bought a washing machine, a microwave, fridge and a deep freezer from game makes me sick.
