Awful After Sales Service

At the end of December 2018 - i reported that the Fridge i purchased on the Game Online Store (at the beginning of December 2018) is not cooling. This request was sent to technicians to resolve. I followed up a couple of time to be advised that the technicians only open on the 14th of January 2019.

Its three weeks since the initial request was logged, lots of wasted food later and no call from a technician to check out the fault on the fridge.
