Awful actually NO SERVICE

<p>Game City View Durban.</p> <p>What nightmare to deal with them. They hardly ever answer calls and when they do they leave you hanging on until you put down. The Manager/s are even worse with their service they never return calls and dont care Full stop. The staff are always hanging around in aisles chatting amongst themselves and when you approach for help they all vanish and regroup in another aisle and it goes on endlessly when you eventually manage to rope someone into helping you they are irritated and throw the product at you and the wrong product in the first place and run away as fast as they can so you end up helping yourself. I bought a self standing clothing shelf from them, sealed box but half the item missing inside and no instructions and then its a nightmare to get assistance like i said especially from the Store Managers. The only manager that i have been able to get hold of is Noah and he is constantly taking my details and giving to the other Manager who still 2 full days later has still not phoned me back. Maybe Noah should run the store by himself as it seems he already is.</p> <p> </p>
