AWESOME SERVICE

<p>I was waiting in the queue for the doors to open at Bayside , Table View , Game.</p> <p>The Manager Kevin Singarum came outside to do something. Before he went back in I asked him to place an Explora near the front door to make my Black Friday exeprience easy. He went back in and after a few minutes he sent a colleague to the door (name unknown). He handed me a slip saying that I could go directly to the till when the store opens. 3 people behind me also wanted exploras. This staff member went back in and fetch them a slip each. By doing this he saved us having to stand in a queue to obtain a slip then only go pay and then go back to the queue to collect the item..................5 Star Service - Thinking out the Box.....Saving the customer Time & Frustration of been in a long queue.</p> <p>Awesome & Thanks once again of putting the customer first...</p>
