Avoid Game store in Cresta, JHB.
Brought a fridge on a Friday: specifically asked the sales consultant for delivery the following Monday or Tuesday. Received a message on Saturday saying the item is out for delivery: I rep**** saying "I specifically asked for delivery next week, not today!" Had to follow up both on the Monday and the Tuesday on where my delivery is. The delivery person called me after hours from a different number than indicated on the text message. I called the branch to try sort things out, the phone just rings.
