Our family set out on 25 Nov to buy different appliances: Dishwasher, washing machine, 52inch TV, 32 inch TV, 4 bar stools and 2 sun umbrellas. Although the staff were all very friendly, it took us an hour and a half to get all the admin done. This time frame is unacceptable. Time is actually valuable to some people. We then came the next day to pick it all up. This would be easy - all the paperwork had been done. I came with my invoice and delivery document. After another hour in the vehicle - the 4 items that was not loaded the previous day is at last loaded. Yet I may not leave - more paperwork! I can only think the staff is totally *********** or poorly trained. Worst of all
