Im very disappointed with Game Store in Evaton Mall, I spoke to Albena Nkosi who is the manager and she was very rude and arrogant, we bought washing machine and camp chairs, when they delivered we only received washing machine not the chairs, i went there to ask and she said it it not her problem, she was very rude and disrespectful. i think i wont buy at Game again

30 Nov 2018, 10:04I received a call from the Manager of the branch Evaton, She apologised and said company will not reimburse me because the mistake was done by person who delivered. Im not happy with her response because now she passes the buck, I dont care who does what but i want my money for petrol. I think she was unprofessional to tell me that person responsible will have to reimburse not the company. They have to do investigations. I even told her that Evaton Mall branch dont have good customer service. This is not the 1st time i buy at Game, i went to buy Explora with wifi connector promo but got bad customer service, ****ed off
