ATROCIOUS SERVICE - GAME STORES ONLINE

Game Stores whilst being a reputable store are ***** and totally ***********. I ordered and paid for a Defy box set (oven and hob) on the 30th November 2021. Despite me sending a complaint email to the client service, this was never responded to. I made numerous calls to the call centre, all of these elicited absolutely no action, only lies and vacant promises. I eventually called the store, allocated the online sale on 13th Jan 2022 - only to be told the store had run out of stock - surely one cannot sell an item online if you were not able to supply same - is this not *****? A promise was again made for delivery to the courier service by the 14th Jan 2022. Lo and behold - I eventually received the item on the 20th January 2022, seven weeks after order and payment. I WILL never purchase any item from Game Stores online or in store in future!!!
