Atrocious service from Game Mall of the South

I bought a Defy fridge in cash at Game Mall of the South 01 Feb 2019 for delivery 02 Feb 2019, however the delivery did not take place as scheduled and agreed with the store.Then I went to the store to find out when I will receive my fridge and the lady said later in the day because the drivers arrive after 14:30 so I will have the fridge before sunset. To my disappointment the fridge did not arrive. When I called the store yesterday I was informed that it was dispatched 04 Feb 2019 and the driver went home with it so the fridge so I will only receive it 05 Feb 2019 as per Benjamin or Benji who is the receiving manager, his service is atrocious and I would not recommend anyone to buy from Game Mall of the South. I am highly disappointed with the level of service or disservice that I received and I would like higher management to look into my query and get back to my asap. My number is ********** .
