Atrocious service and rude manager

I had the most atrocious experience at game at mall @ reds. I wanted to buy a kids' bicycle. After being ignored for over 20 minutes, I decided to walk up to a certain store attendant and asked for help. He came and spoke to me for a few seconds and said he would get someone with experience in bicycles to assist me. He left me standing there like a fool but never came back. I then loaded a bicycle on display myself on a trolley. It was so heavy that I hurt myself in the process. Then I wanted another item but the only one left was the one on display. A lady attendant spotted me and asked if I was ok. I explained everything to her. Then she said I could get the item on discount because it was on display but I would have to speak to the manager. I went to the manager but he was very rude! He said I must understand that he is understaffed. Then I tried explaining what had just happened. He literally walked away and said he wanted to help someone else who was trying to buy a fridge. I left the store
