Atrocious service

I purchased a desk jet printer 2320 with Game Litchtenburg. As i began to connect it i found out that they do not provide a connecting cable from a printer to the computer. That is the most imporant cable. I called to complain about this and the manager made me aware that this is how its sold to customers. I was extremely upset by this because it means an extra expense from a customer's side. The fact that they are aware buy sell them like that. When u google the packaging the cable is supposed to be provided. I am very unhappy with this. South Africa services is honestly atrocious. The fact that we are sold goods like this and you always have to pay extra to get the full package. This is honestly disgusting. They are doing business with a company that does not fully package their product and not even advise the customers to what will be in the packaging. I was looking at the amount of printers that are still going to be sold to other people and the same ******* applying to them. Very unhappy and disappointed and disgusted.
