atrocious, disgusting service

I had the unfortunate interaction of dealing with the Lazy, Rude, Obnoxious n Highly Disrespectful cashier by the name of Neo Moekeletsi on 26 September 2015. She found it appropriate n acceptable to chat with her fellow colleague instead of servicing me. When I questioned this, she proceeded to tell me that bcoz she was scanning my items, it shouldn't be a problem that she was talking to her friend. I then asked fir her supervisor n she further more **** saying that the supervisor was unavailable as he/she was accompanying other cashiers. I refused to pay n we asked for a supervisor who was actually on the shop-floor. The supervisor attended to us at Neo's till n Neo was still reluctant to apologise. <br> This cashier needs to go for some serious retraining or better still maybe its time she looked for a job befitting her attitude
