@ that price????

Good day, really did not want to complain, but fed up with paying lots of money for something and when it breaks, we must just replace. We bought a schoolbag @ Game paid R260.00 for it, 1st day of school kids received books and the suitcase did not keep it's balance, I placed rubbers on the front so that it does not keep on falling over, the next day the one plastic foot broke off, I tried to fix it, by putting a piece of wood in there, but the next day the other one also broke off, and I was forced to make another plan for the next day. I really did not want to complain, but that suitcase lasted 2day, at that price it should have lasted longer, really!!! I mean it did not keep balance from the start, only in the shop, when it was empty, then its very pretty and stands up very straight, until u use it.Just think that in todays time consumers must just pay for bad quality products that look nice on the selves which is not fair, really not everybody has R300.00 to just flush down the toilet. Very upset as I have 3jobs to pay for my kids stuff! I also cant expect you to refund this product as I tried fixing it, as it was 2days old, but wanted to bring this under your attention.
