Astonished with the poor reasoning and bad service

I went to Game Kathu (Address: Hendrik Van Eck Rd, Shop 62, Kathu Village Mall, Kathu, 8446) on Monday, 27 August 2018 to buy nappies for my baby boy. Clicks Kathu had a special on Huggies Gold nappies (any size) 1 pack for R169.99. I showed the cashier the special price at Clicks as Game has adverts on TV of "Dare to compare price beat". She called another lady. I wanted to buy x2 packs of size 4 Huggies Gold for Boys. There was no loose packs of nappies on the shelf at Game. So I saw there was Boxes (Megapack) of Size 4 Huggies Gold for Boys in stock and I took 1 Box which is the same as 2 packs of nappies. Only difference is the 2 packs of nappies is covered and packed inside a box. If you open the box inside there will be 2 separate packs of nappies. Game's price on the loose packs of nappies was R189,99 and the price for a Megapack box of nappies (which is 2 packs of nappies inside the box) was just a little over R370. They did not want to give me my 2 packs of nappies that was packed inside the Box for cheaper than Clicks price for their reason was: The box of nappies is not the same as buying 2 loose packs of nappies separately. Even though if you open the Megapack box what will you find inside: x2 packs of nappies. She went to check whether there was stock of loose packs of nappies, there wasn't. They only had the Megapack boxes in stock at the store. I was amazed at this situation and reasoning and so very disgusted with the service as this is not the first time that this has happend to me at Kathu Game. As soon as there is a store that BEATS their price and you inform them about it they seek any reason not to give you the discount as they are advertising on TV "Dare to compare price beat" and also they have no rush at all in that store. They will keep you waiting forever.
