I bought a Telefunken TV from Game,VINCENT, East London a year ago, it's still under guarantee then the TV started not to show the pictures properly then I took it to the same Game store I bought it from, Then they said if the TV screen has a crack they won't take it for repairs but if it's not they will take it... I said okay, they tested the TV in the presence of me, my cousin and their 2 guys and they said the TV isn't broken they will take it in for repairs for better picture quality... 2 weeks later they phoned me and told me that the TV screen has a crack and they won't be able to fix it... I'm really confused because when I left the TV in their capable hands and it was not broken and the was no crack they even tested it then weeks later it's broken? Who's responsibility is that?
