Asive disgusting service

Spoke to Asive now, took me 45 minutes to get through and wasted R50 airtime. I asked her to close my account, she was rude, ignored me when I asked her questions, was unable to provide confirmation of my request. Eventually when I asked for her surname, she cut the call! Call avoidance is a serious matter, I have wasted time and money for this disrespectful person to drop my call! Pathetic service!
