As usual no promotional stock available. Extremely poor service

We went to your branch at Carnival mall last weekend as you were advertising your “unbeatable “ savings promotions. You should call it “not available “ promotion!! As per normal Game advertise and when you get there they offer you rain cheque in stead of products. We wanted the simba chips 11 for R100. No stock! Nestle chocolates 5 for R100 No stock only dark Aero. We wanted plastic stools 5 for R100 No stock to name a few ! Totally ridiculous as you are tricking customers into your stores and can’t deliver to your promise. Rain cheques doesn’t work as previously I waited more than 3 months
