Arrogant and rude cashier

Visited the Ballito Game store and returned a gift that was bought... Customer service gave me a slip to redeem the cash... When trying to confirm with the cashier Susan she was so arrogant and began rolling her eyes and raising her voice saying she is giving cash and her attitude was terrible. I even apologised to say if she was offended I am and sorry and she just rolled her eyes and looked at me like I was annoying her. It makes a customer feel unwanted and like an inconvenience. I will never use that store again
