Arrogancy and Rudeness to customers

It is so disturbing to learn that there is still people who mistreat customers especially of the different ethnic group. I bought a larger wall mirror at Game store Pavilion and 5 minutes after leaving the store I realised that the mirror is cracked...upon arrival at the store the Donovan guy was so arrogant,rude and just told me it is not his problem anymore. Where is South Africa going really. I mean firstly there was no one to assist me by the isles and the mirror was not even wrapped at the store. #
