April Refund
Hello peter
I have wrote here few months back regarding my delayed refund at Game and they rep**** here saying BUSINESS REP**** PRIVATE which was a lie. I'm still waiting for my refund since April, I have been following up with them and they still can't confirm when my money will be processed in finance.
This is tiring

We are so sorry for the overall experience you had with the company as this is definitely not the way we would like to do business.
Kindly be advised that the query has been escalated to the finance department for assistance with the refund for the order placed online.

You sent an email asking for my convient time to talk, I rep**** to the email immediately, you never called.
I have been following up on this for months and I was told it's escalated to finance I must wait for 7 to 14 days then it changed to 21 days and when I called on the 13th of July consultant told me she cannot confirm when I will receive my money as this hasn't been processed yet. This is so frustrating.
