appoling service

On the 17\12\2017 I bought a fridge at a four ways mall Game store cash...with confirmation that they will deliver the next day as I am going away for some time...next day I call to ask how far,they said they are in Randburg will be there soon(sms confirmation)... after speaking to the store manager(Germaux Ndeoe) and Albert from the fridge department whom by the way had the nerve to tell me to "hold my horses or he will drop the phone on my ear" with no remorse or respect for the fact that i took my time and money and trusted it with them, when I complained the third day, the manger promised to call me back or try to help me, he turned out to be just as useless as the head office which I've tried to get help from ,I didn't expect such service from one of the biggest supported companies in SA, i might as well try to get help from speak out they seem to know what their doing....as of today(2017\28\12) i have heard nothing....
