Applicance Manger is awesome!

Sadly the store manager didn't seem too interested in assisting me two weeks ago but your appliance manager (I forget his name but it may be Moosa) was great. I was really impressed and went back the following week to then buy a Bosch washing machine as well as a fridge. It was really nice not being treated like a regular customer - the kind that just wants to actually get out of the shop then as soon as possible. Great service, and great pricing. Please can I ask that you can just kindly confirm that both items will be delivered to me at the end of this month, via your delivery service, as discussed/paid/arranged. If you can please call me to confirm this I would be really appreciative. Thanks for going the extra mile (with a smile). PS The salesman was really great too. I think his name is David. Such great sales skills and product knowledge!
