Appliances only last a year

We bought a Samsung 43 inch plasma TV from Game Lakeside mall in February 2014 a year later the TV does not work. We took it to Game in February 2015 for repairs and we were told they can't fix it and it will be replaced 5 months later still no feedback. This is not the first experience were we have bought appliances from Game and a year later it doesn't wok. What kind of products are they selling to customers. I want feedback ASAP. The TV was bought cash and not on credit why are we being treated like this from Game????? messed goods messed up service. Give us back our money or the TV no negotiations.
