Appliances break even before the warranty ends! And you will not be assisted as quickly as when you come to buy.

I don't even feel like writing this review because it is a waste of my time. I bought a washing machine at Game Vaal Mall in cash. After a couple of months it broke. I went to the store and I was informed to bring the serial number. I did that and Game still has not contacted me and they never answer their phone; and in the mean time I am expected to wash my laundry by hand and yet I have a washing machine. Game sales people only treat you well when you come to buy because they are chasing targets. When you come to report a fault they treat you like a customer who is just window shopping. You will report from pillar to post and find a different person every time you go in to report. Do they even know that the cost of travelling is high or that is not their business?
