Appliance not delivered GAME CRESTA. Ref ***

I purchased an appliance from Game Cresta in Randburg and the assistant Masilo Motsoikha and myself discussed delivery dates, this was not kept to promise and it's now a few days that appliance still hasn't arrived. No one cares to keep you in the loop of what's going on, No one answers the telephone at the store, you just have to sit and wait and wait and hope that it will be delivered miraculousy. They cannot give you an ETA or time of arrival because this is how poor their service is. An escalation means nothing to them, I Spoke to Nonkazi and Roshni from customer service who constantly give me assurance of arrival but come the time it never shows up. I will never recommend a purchase from these guys to anyone! THEY JUST DONT CARE!
