Appauling service

On the 24th Oct 2019 I went to Game Jabulane Mall and bought home things to the value of R41000 i bought 5 tvs as well i am rebuilding my home so my builder is taking too much time to finish in December he took one tv back and asked if we could return a second one coz we worried that it will break he was told yes but bcoz it was opened they were going to deduct 5% from the intial purchase of R5500 today i sent my brother to return the tv as my hisband is still in hospital he was given a attitude from the store manager to everyone in the store they were rude to him he was told that CPA does not apply @Game he was chased outside of the storw with a tv that i had to pay teansport for to return it..they didn't care if he has a reciept i am so disgusted after i spent so much money supporting them so if my husband comes back home after a long time it is when we will be assisted it's even worse when the store Manager is not willing to help.
