Appalling service Game Keywest branch

Extremely poor service from the appliance department in Game Key West. Waiting since July 2020 For extractor head. Invoice included extractor head as part of sale & I partly paid 80% of the invoiced amount, balance to be paid on delivery. Total written Invoice in my possession. On 03/09/2020 Stove plus ceramic plate in sealed box delivered claimed as one complete unit. No Extractor in stock as all sold out. I have been in constant contact with sales persons and promised action finally contacted the sales manager with no success and have now resorted to escalating the matter to branch manager Christopher Mouton who promptly deleted my email without being read. Clearly management has no time to attend to customer complaints. Apparently addressing serious complaints is beneath branch management.

I do not recommend anyone purchasing goods from Game Key-west as they are not true their word even when it's in writing.
