Appalling service from Game Online and call center

I purchase a printer online on the 8th of May 2020. It has since not been delivered. Today is the 25th of May yet they said on their website essential items will be delivered in 5-7 working days. I’ve attributed the delay to a major backlog that they may have but it cannot be going for well over the 10th working day without even a single communique from game, not to mention their useless call center that put me on hold for more than 10 minutes twice only to just hang up on me without even taking my call to enquir. Game your service is utterly disgusting I want my money back there are many retailers who can do better out there.
