Appalling service from Game Greenstone Shopping Center!

We bought a fridge at Game, and we were told that they do not do deliveries. We understood and arranged a bakkie on our private expense. We sent a delivery man to fetch what needed to be collected and to our surprise, when he got home, they gave us the incorrect fridge. We then had to go back and return it (our expense). When we spoke to the manager he told us that he is not getting involved! The gentleman that assisted had to make arrangements for us to call him month end so he can pay us for the additional trip. I appreciate the gentleman that assisted for admitting to his mistake but THAT MANAGER?! WHAT APPALLING SERVICE! Is this how you treat your customers and employees?
