Appalling service from Game

Shocking service from Game call center, service email and general customer service/after sales service. Bought a Bestway pool 14.01.2022, open it Saturday, had a water company come out to fill it and we saw it has a pin size hole in it'. I immediately contacted Game customer care, no answer, as they had already closed. I emailed on Sunday as once again you cannot get hold of anyone! I phoned the whole of Monday and Tuesday finally to get through to game customer care and got a reference number. He assured me he will contact the M1 city branch and the Manager will phone me. I eventually received a phoned call 21.01.22 from someone who could still not assist but just that she will escalate the problem. Do not make purchases from Game, they have no care for aftervsales service to the client, especially when you can clearly.see there is obviously a manufacturer fault.
