Appalling service at Game Illanga Mall AGAIN

I was in Game Illanga Mall for the third time in recent weeks to find the same shocking service. Long queues of customer waiting to pay, only two tellers working but many staff hanging around laughing and joking. Despite many clients complaining, each complaint was followed by a laugh and the staff members returning to laughing and joking with each other. I asked for the manager who had gone home at 4pm. I spoke to the sales manager but she had no luck motivating any of the staff to work either. I have walked out, dumping my planned purchases on previous occasions. This time I decided to see how long it would take. Just on twenty minutes!!!! Seems like the staff live by the motto that working for Game is just a game. I will not be back. EVER.
