Appalling service
I have received the most horrible service from Game including their agents who has made empty promises. On the 29/02/24 I bought Hisense 90cm Freestanding Gas Cooker HFS90GA5EBL and their turnaround deliver time is 2-5days. Till today I have not received my delivery and all I get is stories and empty promises. I spoke to Megan from Game whom I asked to escalate the matter to management on the 12/03/24 who promised to revert back to me the same day before the end of business day, till today Megan has not came back to me. Today I have spoken to Amanda from Game and requested the same with her.
