APPALLING SERVICE

Absolutely pathetic service at Game online. No one has any idea on what is going on. Placed my order on the 25 of February till today have not received delivery. Nobody is giving me a concrete indication of when Im getting my order. I have called the online customer services several times even asked to speak to a manager which they all seem to conveniently be in meetings. Chante Cloete only called me yesterday afternoon and evening after several calls and loosing my **** with the consultants to tell me that my order has been dispatched will confirm this morning with the courier when im receiving delivery. Its now 11:48 and she still has not called me. The entire ****** 2 weeks i have been hearing of my order being dispatched but for it to arrive seems to be a mystery. I have exhausted all avenues. They not delivering my order, i want my money back. The service is pathetic and non existent.
