Appalling service

I purchased a defy stove that was on sale on the 4th August 2020 at Game Festival Mall in Kempton Park. It was a hob, oven and an extractor, the two were delivered except for the extractor. Upon calling and inquiring, I was told that the extractor was out of stock, to date, they still have not delivered, no call, no update, nothing, this is a month a 14 days later. I called the requesting my money back but I was told that I should for the manager who was in a meeting on Wednesday, it appears the manager is still in a meeting cause to this day, I haven't received any call from him/her or anyone from the store
