Appalling service

I took the extended warranty on my washing machine and I called on the 13th of August to lodge a claim and I was told that a technician will come look at it. That has still not happened. I did a follow up with them on the 14th of September to find out why a month has passed without anyone getting back to me and the agent I spoke to said a technician would come fix the machine before the week ends, on Friday (end of the week) I called to find out what time the technician will come as Friday was the D day and the person who assisted me said that they will call me to confirm the time technician will come. Later on Friday i called yet again to find out where the technician is as the day would soon be over and I was told that I will receive a call, which never happened. The service has been very poor, I get empty promises. It's been 6 weeks waiting.
